A friend again as usual?

FIRST PART WITH QUESTION ABOUT STACY: MY QUESTION (AFTER YOU READ THE STORY): DO YOU agree/concur with me? More and more Stacy. Tonight Stacy’s mother again said “All the sweaters you brought at the 99 cent store are gorgeous so don’t you think you should return the white sweater you brought at Kohls which isn’t nearly as nice” Stacy said “I think I will return the white sweater” But her mother then said “Why don’t you return the flowered blouse you purchased at Kohls as well - I mean you brought so many beautiful tops at the 99 cent store that are unbelievable quality to wear under your blazers. Every sweater and every top that you brought at the 99 cent store would have cost you $100 a piece at a department store”. Stacy said “No I like that blouse” But her mother kept on pestering. Her mother even said “You have so many clothes when are you going to wear them all and because of that when will you wear the blouse”. That got Stacy even madder and Stacy yelled at her mother and told her mother to stop pestering and to shut her trap. And then her mother stormed out of Stacy’s bedroom. Of course Stacy called me and said she was upset at her mother for pestering and making all those comments especially about how many items she has because then this coming Saturday Stacy wants to go back to the 99 cent store but she does not want to feel that she has to justify to her mother where she is going. I said to her that she is overreacting and if she wants to go back she should and she should just ignore her mothers comments and her mother never said not to go back.

SECOND PART WITH QUESTION ABOUT STACY MY Question ( AFTER YOU READ THE STORY): Do you agree with what (BELOW) I told Stacy: This involves my friend Stacy. This past Saturday Stacy’s mom said “Stacy return the sweater that you brought at Kohl’s. Why should you keep the sweater from Kohl’s which is $40. Don’t forget you have bills to pay so if you can save $40 on the one sweater. You got great buys at the 99 cent store. Those sweaters at the 99 cent store are gorgeous.” Stacy’s mom offered to return the sweater to Kohl’s because Stacy would not have time to return it. MOM said “Every time you go in to a store you cannot buy everything you see” Stacy said “Are you including the 99 cent store” Her mom said “That is different. Look at the buys you get there. $100 dollar sweaters for 99 cents” Stacy called me and told me the conversation and also asked me if her mom was saying that Stacy should never buy in Kohl’s again. I told her that isn’t what her mother is saying. I told her that her mother is saying yes you can buy in stores like Kohl’s but not every single time you go in. And in addition her mother is saying that at the 99 cent store Stacy can go crazy because it is inexpensive and Stacy always gets great buys.

A friend again as usual?
they sell clothes at the 99cent store??? wow. stacys mom is a cheap ***. stacy should shop at forever 21, thatll really piss her off
Reply:I Think what u told Stacy was absolutely right. u are a good friend.
Reply:lol. sweaters at the 99 cent store? That%26#039;s the very first time i%26#039;m hearing about that.

anyway, I agree with you on both.
Reply:You should tell Stacy that her mom is WRONG, and that no item worth $100 would ever be found at a dollar store. Things in that store are cheap for a reason--because they were CHEAP to produce, and are lower quality. Their clothes are probably factory rejects or from a sweatshop in asia.

If it%26#039;s her money, she can spend it as she chooses, and if she%26#039;d rather have one nice blouse instead of 40 cheap ones, that is her decision.
